You must be a licensed travel agent to use the Portal. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed travel agent in good standing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify Dreamverse Travel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

The Portal is provided for the use of licensed travel agents to access travel products and services offered by Dreamverse Travel and its partners. You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Portal:

In a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
For any purpose that is unauthorized or prohibited by these Terms.
To harm, abuse, or harass another person.
To interfere with the operation of the Portal.
To impersonate any other person or entity.
To access or download any information or content that you are not authorized to access.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through the Portal is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Commissions and Fees

Commissions and fees for travel products and services booked through the Portal may vary. You are responsible for reviewing the commission structure and fees for each product or service before booking.

Termination
